Eagleview Construction is a full-service design & build home renovation contractor based in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
With over a decade of experience in high-quality home renovations, we’ve perfected our Signature Process, which allows us to complete our projects on-time and on-budget. From the very first design consultation right through to the final walk-through, our team is honest and transparent and guides our clients through each decision as if it is their own home.
Eagleview Construction has extensive experience with both contemporary builds and preserving the character of century old homes. We recognize that each project is unique, both from a design and needs perspective, which is why we love what we do! We work closely with our clients to ensure that the final product is exactly what they’ve envisioned!

How We Estimate a RenovationUpfront Due Diligence
Before you sign, Eagleview verifies your design agaiagainst local bylaws and zoning regulations. That groundwork means your project starts without stopping. No time is spent waiting to find out if your dream is buildable.
Allowances Already Scoped
As part of your fixed price, we carry and control a realistic material allowance budget. We've had detailed discussions about your material preferences and scoped your allowance level, so your quote already accounts for real material value. Reasonable allowances set to limit surprises when you're making selections.
2-Year Warranty
We are good, honest, and reliable people. We work very hard and take pride in what we do. We do things the right way! We are so confident in our workmanship that we back it with a 2-year warranty.
