Site Measure and Existing House Drawings
With the design approved and the design retainer is paid, the first step in the design process will be to schedule a time to complete the site measure.

Since we've already discussed your actual selections, like engineered hardwood instead of stand-in for carpet or linoleum, reasonable allowances are set to limit surprises later.
