With dated 1990s finishes no longer aligning with the family’s needs or style, it was clear the home was ready for a modern transformation

The Transformation
We reimagined the main floor by removing unnecessary walls and incorporating open-back stairs, allowing the newly installed 9-foot windows to fill the space with natural light. The dated carpet in the living room was replaced with resilient wood flooring, complementing the panelling found throughout the home. The result was a bright, open-concept kitchen and dining area, perfect for family living and entertaining.
Upstairs, the primary ensuite was redesigned and upgraded with a standalone tub and walk-in shower, creating a luxurious and functional retreat.
In the basement, we added a game room, powder room, and family living space, making full use of every available corner of the home.
Smart home technology was seamlessly integrated throughout, modernizing the home while saving energy and enhancing convenience.
