Our Project Mohawk involved a full exterior and interior renovation of a traditional two-storey brick home. The front façade was swapped out with Newtech composite cladding, modern brick, and Aluminum Composite Panels (ACM), giving it a sleek, contemporary edge. The addition of ACM panels pushes the exterior firmly into modern design territory.
This resulted in a clean, contemporary exterior with natural wood accents that complement the home’s wooded lot.
Inside, the home was fully gutted and rebuilt to include wood panel detailing throughout and smart home technology integrated into lighting and climate systems.
2. Main Floor and Living Room Renovation That Opens Up the Space
Our Project Pandora featured a complete main floor renovation, including a refreshed living room designed to create a more open and inviting space. We took the room back to the studs to update the electrical and insulation. The space was then rebuilt around a redesigned fireplace that retains the original stonework, complemented by custom millwork, layered textures, and carefully selected finishes that add warmth and architectural interest.
The final space blends comfort and elegance, offering a cozy gathering area that feels open and refined.
3. A Main Floor Living Room Remodel
The living room was completely reimagined as part of the extensive main floor remodel in our Project Willow renovation. We replaced the flooring, updated the staircase, refreshed the outdated trim surrounding the windows, and installed a sleek new fireplace that adds both warmth and style.
A barn-style sliding door now connects the adjacent flex space, enhancing the layout’s flow and functionality. The result is a bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully modern living area.
4. A Timeless Kitchen Renovation
Our Project McCrae kitchen was redesigned for our clients for a more timeless appeal with clean lines and high-impact finishes. We introduced white cabinetry, a large central island, polished nickel accessories, and a marble subway tile backsplash to create a soft, elegant backdrop.
A walnut birch-stained floor grounds the space, while subtle details like a wall-mounted pot filler and decorative lighting add both charm and functionality. The result is a space that feels light, layered, and made for both cooking and entertaining.
5. Bathroom Revamp Renovation
We fully updated the bathroom in our Project Strange with a focus on layout, lighting, and finish quality. The dated cabinetry was replaced with custom vanities in a bold grey finish, complete with a central storage tower, matte black hardware, and integrated LED mirrors.
In the tub area, we swapped out the old fiberglass insert for marble-look tile with a built-in niche, upgraded the fixtures, and installed new flooring throughout. The result is a cleaner, more contemporary space built for daily function for the years to come.
6. Laundry Room Renovation Meets Mudroom Functionality
We turned the narrow, outdated laundry room in our Project Whitmore into a dual-purpose zone that’s equal parts practical and polished. The layout was opened, and custom cabinetry was added in a deep olive finish, paired with matte black hardware and a built-in bench with hooks and drawers.
Durable tile flooring, quartz counters, and a soft subway tile backsplash complete the transformation, giving this space a fresh, efficient feel with plenty of everyday usability.
